La Casa de los Mapas

The apartment was great - super spacious, two bathrooms, and an amazing location close to the city center. It was easy to reach from the airport via bus. The host was great as well, and the apartment was very clean.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nice windows. Washer was nice. Spacious and clean. Lots of room for 4 people. Pretty close to the old city center.

Nice but not excellent. Lots of room to sleep but a couch that only fits 3 people. Found a cockroach in the bedroom, the disco club across the way went until 6am. The kitchen was poorly equipped. If you cook there is not much available. Coffee would have been nice. There wasn’t laundry detergent either. Zero extras that other places offer.

Very comfortable and spacious

Nice owner of the apartment. We could have picked up the keys earlier and stayed a little longer on the day of departure. The location of apt. was very good, perfect for a short city break in Alicante.

the property is well equipped and exceptionally clean

noise levels were significant. Road works were taking place directly outside front and side of property which started at 8 am and finished at 6 pm. I was very disappointed that we had not been notified of this prior to booking as I would definitely have looked for alternative accommodation. there is also a very noisy pub on the corner which spills on to the street in the early hours of the morning. I fully accept that being in a city will never be quiet but the constant noise overshadowed such a beautiful property
