Bravissimo Plaça del Vi, Design Penthouse

Great we could leave our luggage at an office nearby.

No elevator but we got helo to carry them up

The location is excellent. Stylish, spacious interior. Well appointed kitchen.

The staircase is a challenge with luggage. It is narrow and there are lots of steps. This property is not for everyone!

Right in the middle of the historic village Facilities in the apartment were great

4 flights of very narrow, steep steps More crucially, the building in front has a bell that rings every 15 mins day and night, so I did not sleep at all.

Very clean and spacious, great location

Beds were not the most comfy and there is quite the hike to get to the top but just plan ahead and not bad!

The situation in the old town was wonderful, with easy access to shops and cafes and restaurants. The penthouse accommodation was excellent, spacious and comfortable. The clock across the plaça struck the quarters and the hours, all through the 24 hours, but we quite liked it and at night the double glazing muffled the sound sufficiently that it was not a problem. However, if one did waken up during the night, at least one would know what the time was. Quirky and nice!

The only thing that was an issue at the start and end was that the penthouse was on the fifth floor, with 12 flights of stairs and no lift. If intending to stay there don’t have huge heavy cases, like we did. However, our grateful thanks to Liam from Bravisimo who lugged one case up for us.

- no lift (but it is fair) just that my mum has a problem with her knee and I did not consider that when booking the apartment - no coffee capsules or tea, it would have been great to have a little gesture on that regards - extra charge for a late checking, in a hotel there is no extra charge

Paola was lovely and answered all of our questions about the area, arranged taxis for us when needed , helped to carry the luggage up several flights of stairs and was very kind. The property was very roomy and comfortable. There were restaurants and a gourmet food shop right downstairs.

This might not be a great spot for those who are light sleepers. Trash pickup with shattering glass after 11, people talking and having a good time until late. It didn’t bother us but might bother some. Closing the shutters helps.
