"Sijainnin puolesta erinomainen mutta huoneiston pienet puutteet häiritsee."

Sijainti erinomainen ja palvelut lähellä, huoneisto kohtuullisen siisti. Naapureista ei ollut mitään harmia vaan hyvin hiljaista oli.

Huone oli erittän lämmin, jopa kuuma - patterit helotti kuumana ja makuhuoneen tuuletusikkuna oli auki. Lähes kaikki patteritermostaatit oli täysin auki jotka piti ensimmäisenä kiertää pienemmälle -> huonaiston tuuletus. Huoneistossa ei ole valmiina biojätteen keräysastiaa ja pusseja vaikka taloyhtiöllä on roskis sitä varten. Tämä tulisi mahdollistaa huoneistossa. Makuuhuoneen sängyn patjat ovat jo vaihtoa vaille valmiit eli upottaa hyvin paljon ja ristiselkä ei siitä tykkää. Myös tyyny vaihtoehtoja saisi olla muitakin kuin versio "luttana".

Hyvä sijainti, siisti ja viihtyisä huoneisto, hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja liinavaatteita/pyyhkeitä riittävästi useammalle henkilölle, mukava majoittaja. Samassa rakennuksessa ravintola. Taisi olla jo meidän kolmas kertamme tässä asunnossa. :)

Avainten säilytyspaikkaa piti hieman etsiä "google street viewin" avulla, mutta muuten ohjeet olivat hyvät. Hinta myös oli tavanomaista korkeampi, liekö siinä ollut "Kuopiorokki-lisää". No, hintavia olivat silloin muutkin majoituspaikat.
