la struttura molto accogliente e abbastanza pulita, ottima posizione. il check in si fa via whatsapp dove ti consegnano un codice per accedere alla casa, cosa molto positiva che rende tutto molto più rapido.

C’è ben poco di bello nella struttura chiamata “Tercero”.

La descrizione non corrisponde affatto alla realtà ! Stanza minuscola con mobili che cadevano a pezzi, soprattutto l’armadio! Mancanza di un tavolo dove poter mangiare! Aria condizionata malfunzionante e rumorosissima, presenza di muffa nel minuscolo spazio dedicato alla cucina! Per non parlare del bagno! Un buco con un wc doccia e lavabo! Tutto in bella vista sulla stanza! Senza aspiratore, rotto anche quello, e senza bidet!

Ke esta ya un poco usado

Location was fine because we knew the area. Easy to walk to places. However the room was directly above a bar and opposite other bars. Very noisy into the early hours

The room is not an apartment! It is a bedsit/room. The bathroom is a cupboard and not as per the photos on the website. Mentioned to the owner but this question was ignored. We’re both tall so not easy to avoid the sloping ceiling. It was so cramped… the website said that there was a bathroom and kitchen. Assumed this meant three rooms. Not one room and a converted cupboard. Honesty is needed with how the ‘apartment?’ is described The furniture is old and tired. Kitchen cupboard doors don’t close properly . No bedside lights or reading lights. Ceiling lights all on or nothing! Drawers/door runners in wardrobe were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable because there were two mattresses which split apart all night… ending up in the crack down the middle of the bed was not good. There was a balcony advertised. It was actually a Juliette balcony with iron bars that only opened on one window. Key didn’t work on the other side. Couldn’t be used as a balcony.

Locația este foarte bună. Ajungi peste tot la pas. Localizat pe o stradă cu multe cafenele și baruri. Magazine foarte aproape. Pentru persoanele care călătoresc de mai multe zile, au mașină de spălat functioanala. Ne-am cumpărat noi detergentul și l-am lăsat la locație pentru următorii. Destul de curat. Pe terasă am ajuns în ultima seară, e potrivită să stai să bei un pahar seara. Comunicarea cu proprietarul foarte ok, checkinul foarte usor.

Scara de acces de care știam, e puțin inconfortabila dar poți trăii cu asta câteva zile. Fiind în zona turistica străzile sunt gălăgioase și se aude tot, nu prea vei avea parte de liniște până pe la 2-3 dimineața, în funcție de zi, dar noi am dormit cu un geam crăpat ca a fost cald, poate cu ambele închise e mai bine. Nu prea am avut încredere în aerul condiționat. Frigiderul era scos din priză și congelatorul era plin de apă. Apoi băgat în priză avea un zgomot destul de sesizabil. Ventilația de la baie e plină de praf. Se vede ca este o locație veche și uzată dar încă utilizabilă.

Insonorizado por completo, me gustó mucho esa parte porque buscábamos tranquilidad. Nunca había estado por la zona y no sabía que habían bares abajo, y aún así no se escuchaba absolutamente nada. Super bien las ventanas insonorizadas!

La cama me resultó un poco incómoda, entiendo que al final sean dos pequeñas, pero me hundía en el medio y terminé con dolor de espalda. Pero por todo lo demás genial. Tenías todo lo necesario cerca.
