- Amazing location, elegant neighbourhood, Playa del Duque and the motorway are both really close. There’s always plenty of free parking space outside. Residential area, so it’s not crowded with tourists. - Spacious apartment (we really liked the two separate bathrooms!), sea view, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV. - Overall great value for money. It really felt like home away from home - we would definitely return!

- The twin beds were both impractical and uncomfortable, would recommend changing it. The sofa was a bit old and used up. - They will freeze EUR 250 damage deposit on your bank account, and depending on your bank you might not get it back until one month later. - Do not leave any food unattended as there were some cockroaches (unfortunately, they are everywhere - the apartment was clean, so it was not the owner’s fault).

Nice, well equipped apartment in peaceful surroundings and lovely scenery from the sunny balcony. Up in the hill, nearest grocery and restaurant in 600 meters walk. Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. Fast wifi, only local channels in tv.

Bed was too hard for me.

The owner meet me at the property and hand delivered the keys and showed me how to access the property and its features. Very nice man that was very pleasant to be around and very informative. The property was part of a communal housing area filled with full time residents and holiday goers. The property itself was nice for a solo traveler but would have been perfect for a couple as well. Excellent big shower. Lounge area was nice to chill in the evenings. Balcony was unbelievable. Great sea views. Nice space to sit and have a beer, read, check emails. Wifi is really quick as well! Swimming pool was decent. Its communal but Defo worth having a dip! The property was roughly a 15 min walk to the beach (i have long legs) so was convenient and cheap going to the beach to chill or get food / drinks. Other places are a bit more of a walk. I used the scooters at times as there are a few hills but most of the time enjoyed a walk across the coast back to the apartment. If you did get a taxi everything is pretty close no more then 15 mins. Airport is about 20/25 mins away by taxi. All in all i rate this place and would recommend to others!

The beds where a bit difficult for me but im a rather tall and big person so slightly different for me. Possibly have a couple more hangars for clothes.... Im only adding this in as i have to fill up this text box lol

Apartment is amazing! Awesome ocean view, lovely sunsets, quiet and clean. The residence area is absolutely safe, once we slept with wide open front door
