Juan José contacted me and made me feel welcome before we even left Britain. The apartment is well placed in the old town. Parking is secure although a short walk away, nothing difficult unless mobility was an issue. Everything you need is there and it is very comfortable. We loved the welcome gifts and would be back in a heartbeat if we ever return. Thank you.

Location in the old town was excellent. Car parking included (although 7 minutes walk from apartment) in secure garage (you can stop outside the apartment to load/unload luggage). Very well renovated with individual aircon in each room. Very friendly and helpful host.

The accommodation was a traditional apartment with a lot of original features. The apartment was well presented with lovely little touches such as the dining table set up and fresh oranges and clementines available to enjoy.

There was nothing not to like.

We very much appreciated the car park in old Seville. Our host was exceptional and provided some lovely extras like wine & treats & fresh flowers. The apartment was very comfortable & in a central position. It was great having a washing machine & drying area.

The apartment was on a very narrow street & it was noisy until quite late with people passing by, often with suitcases rumbling over the cobblestones. If visitors adopted the Spanish way of going to bed very late, it wouldn’t be an issue.

Juan’s property was exceptional value for money. Close to all attractions and a quiet place to come home to after a days sightseeing. A comprehensive list of things to do and see in Seville was provided with a personalized bottle of wine to drink while planning your day. A fabulous stay!

Juan met us at the property showed us all the facilities, and took us to the parking and walked back to the apartment. The gift of wine, ham and biscuits was lovely. Great location in the centre of Seville, air con amazing, spotlessly clean and modern. Great base for our stay
