Location is very convenient for the cathedral and Alcazar. Apartment has all the amenities. Comfortable and Juan Jose as host is very gracious.

Juan José was very helpful before and throughout our stay, meeting me at the apartment even though my flight was delayed and being responsive when I had questions during our stay. He left an extremely helpful list of things to do and see in Seville, too! The apartment itself was incredibly well located, within walking distance of all the main sites in the old town, making it easy to come back during the heat of the day. It was a great apartment, clean and with everything we needed, including air conditioning! I'd highly recommend

The location of this ground floor apartment makes it perfect for exploring the historic city on foot. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. It was nicely decorated and our host was very friendly, providing written information and personally taking us to the parking area, which is at most a 10 minute walk away. We particularly enjoyed the warm hospitality of our host, including the wine, ham, and assorted treats that he provided for us upon our arrival.

We caught Seville at a humid time (for us, anyway), but the mini-splits in the apartment did a fine job resolving the problem.

Host was amazing! We received wine with my name on it and snacks on arrival. Took us to the parking personally and left us details on places to see and things to do on our stay! Location was great and apartment was beautiful!

We had a few issues in the apartment but our Host was trying hard to resolve them for us.

The apartment exceeded expectations from start to finish. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host made us feel very welcome and provided a very generous welcome pack, including a personalised bottle of wine. Location was perfect and was quiet at night.

We loved everything about it.You couldn't fault anything at all.

Juan is really helpful and nice. He arranged the map to the apartment and parking. Our flight was delayed and he kindly waited for us for hours. The apartment is in the historical area, close to almost all major attractions, squares and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Apartment itself is well equipped. Parking space is really appreciated. (It is about 5 min by driving from the apartment) btw the route suggests by Google map is not the most convenient one. Consult Juan for the best route.

The apartment gets very humid quickly. Understandable for such a historic building.

The owner was great. He waited us, helped us with parking and prepared a nice welcome for us. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I would like return.
