This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Noise is allowed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. A damage deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You will be reimbursed upon check-out. Your deposit will be fully refunded in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that, according to Mogán Town Hall regulations, from June 1, 2025, all tourist accommodations in the municipality will be required to apply a mandatory Tourist Tax to their guests. Importation: €0.15 per person per night Payment: Directly at the establishment, upon check-in "Nos gustaría informarles de que el complejo Apartamentos LIVVO Puerto Bello permanecerá temporalmente cerrado desde el 03 de mayo hasta el 27 de mayo de 2027, ambos inclusive. Este cierre se llevará a cabo con el objetivo de realizar diversas tareas de mantenimiento y ejecutar una serie de mejoras destinadas a seguir elevando la calidad de las instalaciones y la experiencia de nuestros clientes. Entre las actuaciones previstas destacan los trabajos de mejora de la piscina y del solárium, así como otras labores de mantenimiento general.
