This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Noise is allowed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. A damage deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You will be reimbursed upon check-out. Your deposit will be fully refunded in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that, according to Mogán Town Hall regulations, from June 1, 2025, all tourist accommodations in the municipality will be required to apply a mandatory Tourist Tax to their guests. La tranquilidad

Estuve 4 noches y no pasaron ni una vez a limpiar el apartamento dice que hay apartamiento y no hay la recepcionista parecía que le debía dinero todo el tiempo con mala cara la que estuvo el fin de semana las hamaca a primera hora todas cojidas pero nadie en la piscina a las tres de la tarde limpiando la piscina

Great 1 bedroom apartment. Sunbed outside on the patio. Had everything you needed.

El sitio en si bien, relación calidad precio.

Si quieres wifi hay que pagarlo, secador, mando TV… cosas esenciales por lo que alquilo un alojamiento. También un estropajo para fregar o un gel para la ducha no estaría de más.

"Volveré"

La relación calidad precio, es un alojamiento barato que cumple de 10. Le los comentarios en varios sitios e iba un poco asustada, pero muchos no son ciertos y falta un poco de sentido común. El alojamiento tiene terrazas individuales. La habitación es super amplia, la cama muy cómoda y nueva. La cocina/sala también muy espaciosa. Dispone de mucho espacio para guardar cosas. Yo iba sola y los utensilios de cocina eran suficientes, contaba con una nevera grande. Estaba muy muy limpio, ni un pelo ni polvo por ningún lado. Me alojé una semana y me hicieron la habitación 2 veces, con sus cambios de toallas. Hay guardia de seguridad por las noches.

Por decir algo, que tampoco condicionó que mi estancia fuese maravillosa: me gustaría que hubiese un recogedor de mango largo, hay uno pero es de mano. La zona del fregadero al igual que un vaso olían a tabaco, de haber fumado, pero eso es culpa de la gente que no respeta las normas.
