The flat was brilliant and clean in a good location we loved it. Everything you could need and spacious with a nice balcony.

The problem arose with collection of keys the instructions were a little vague and we were unable to access the property without texting them to open the gate and the entrance door, they fail to say there are two gates and no lock boxes on either. Once inside there were two lock boxes on the door one would not open and the other had the flat keys in. Once inside we found a small black remote on the table which I found opened the second gate which on text they called the front gate. The box did not work on the door at the entrance to the building or the other gate we had entered in. On leaving we had the same problem being that we could not get the car out as we left without the black remote and despite several texts and calls we had to go back up to the flat to collect the remote and to leave it there. It was difficult as its no parking alongside the entrance and opposite the building site for the hotel refurbishment. There was no where else to leave it either on the gate or by it. The building work did not spoil the holiday but the problem with the keys did.

El apartamento es muy práctico para un grupo de amigos, ya que todas las camas están separadas y hay aire acondicionado en el salón y en cada dormitorio. Las cápsulas de café fueron muy bienvenidas. Puedes aparcar tu coche en el patio.

Las instrucciones como entrar eran incorrectas, indicando que debíamos acceder al patio por la puerta de coches. Como resultado, solo pudimos entrar porque alguien salía. Tuvimos que esperar bajo el calor unos 20 minutos, hablando con la representante de la empresa que no pudo ayudarnos en absoluto, como no tenía ni idea dónde estaba la puerta correcta. El aire acondicionado tiene un sistema estúpido donde debes insertar una moneda cada 3 horas o se apaga. Puedes repetir la operación 2-3 veces seguidas, asi consigues que el tiempo de funcion aumenta proporcionalmente. A unos 30 minutos andando se encuentran buenas playas donde no hay piedras en el agua.

The apartment was good , two bedrooms two bathrooms and good location .

No information in apartment . Difficult to access and exit as didn't know how. Apartment sign not visible and key pad difficult to access. Building works opossite in hotel extension starts at 7am . And the booking .com app says someone will meet us at the appartment. They don't and that's the second time in two weeks. I feel let down by booking.com they take your money and do nothing. Am an old customer and expect better than they provide in last two weeks . When your older you want too feel looked after better .??

Emails sent to me from booking.com were in Spanish and I had to ask a kind lady to translate which she did

No elevators due to the location of the apartments
