La ubicación y la limpieza.

Cero contacto personal con el anfitrión, todo on line únicamente, contestaban, pero todo muy frío... Nos encontramos la puerta del baño con la cerradura rebentada al llegar, se informa al momento y nis contestaron on line que se tendría en cuenta a la hora de la salida que ya estaba así cuando llegamos, pero no se nos da solución a arreglo, ni cambio de apartamento. En nuestra opinión, impropio y absurdo pago de 150€ de fianza por una sola noche que luego tuvimos que estar reclamando y tardaron más de una semana en devolvernos. Si no llegamos a reclamarla igual la hubiésemos perdido pues no se ocupan en absoluto su devolución, a los 5 días de la salida seguía aún sin tramitar la devolución. Una pena, pues el apartamento está genial, pero con la pésima gestión, no volveremos.

Location and cleanliness

Wi-Fi wasn’t working, there’s a problem with the locks……entrance of the building and bathroom door locks. Attic bedroom should have some kind of shade to cover the roof top window from early morning sun and day light while you sleep.
