Beautiful well equipped centrally located apartment.

There is some traffic noise at rush hour but that is to be expected given how central it is.

Location was good.. Althea responded immediately when we could not find micro wave. Came over and explained how to use oven/microwave. No english instructions were available. Noticed that kitchen sink was draining slowly so asked if she could bring some dishwasher pucks which she did. ( should have mentioned sink at that time. But tired). She was very pleasant

Had 4 coffee pods(appreciated and used the first day). Italian coffee maker was suggested so purchased coffee only to discover that it leaked. Resulting in no coffee for remainder of stay. Guess we should have mentioned all our issues at the time but we had already complained on our arrival and did not wish to be troublesome Used dishwasher as sink continued to drain slowly. Grateful for dishwasher pucks.

The apartment is ideally located, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the cathedral square. It is well equipped and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We could not connect to the WiFi initially, but a quick WhatsApp message to the host, who replied immediately, solved the problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we will be booking further stays.

The location is nice, close to the train station and many shops around, walking distance to the center

The place is small so if you are more than 3 it is not recommended. The bed sheets were not very clean and the pillows are very old and seem dirty

The apartment was in a perfect location for our long stay in Murcia. It is nicely equipped, close to the train station, gym and our Spanish Language school. We hope to return next year.

Note there is no microwave in the apartment. It wasn't an issue, and there was no promise of a microwave in the listing, but it would be a nice addition.

location is brilliant quiet and calm place good equipment of kitchen

we couldn’t manage to switch on the microwave oven, we had the same microwave oven at two other places and there was any problem) there was a dishwasher but a special detergent wasn’t provided (we stayed only one night, we consider it’s absurdly to buy it)

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Good location, clean and well equipped. Alicia was very helpful..
