GATU PREMIUM Villa Libertad

Me gustó todo, el apartamento era super cómodo y de lujo , habitaciones muy amplias y comodas.Lo volvería a reservar , la anfitriona María muy amable y siempre atenta.Buen ambiente en Cádiz y en la zona con la plaza de San Antonio muy animada.Lo malo es el aparcamiento.Te cobran mucho en el parking de San Antonio por lo demás todo fantástico.Muchas gracias por todo

Location was good. A medium walk to the smaller beach, long walk to the big beach. Grocery store close by. Apartment was clean and nicely renovated. Good amount of space. Laundry machine in suite was nice. Comprehensive guest guide.

Construction noise and smell was really bad. We were told construction hours were 9-3 daily, but were woken up with noise as early as 8:15. Nothing was done by host to accommodate for the noise and smell, not even an apology. Small notice of construction was given on the booking description (said to be starting in Feburary, we were there in June). More clarity/notice about this would have been appreciated. We missed the small note about this and felt completely surprised when we arrived. Host was not responsive. Host did not supply a refill of basic supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags) even though we stayed 8 nights. All these basic supplies had to be provided for ourselves. Additionally, the host has a long list of rules and stated penalties for breaking them. While the clarity is nice, it can feel like you are walking on eggshells. While our individual room was clean, the lobby and staircases were dirty with construction debris, sometimes right outside our door. Overall a nice space, but the hosting and construction experience was terrible. We wish we could leave a better review, but we felt our concerns and needs were disregarded during our stay. No accommodations were made for us.

The location of the apartment is more than perfect. Located in the wonderful old town of Cadiz you can reach every nice spot within a 15 minute walk. Supermarkt in front of the house is a big plus as well! Besides, the apartment is fully and nicely equipped, even with umbrellas for the sun (highly appreciated!) and ironing possibilities.

Indeed, the windows really need a bit of isolating. Within the first days I was almost convinced that one of the windows must be open because the noise was so clear to hear. Nevertheless, it was quiet at night. Would be nice to have basic utilities (can be only a few of course) like washing powder or tabs for the dishwasher. If you are just staying for a couple of days it is sad if you have to buy that stuff extra.

The location is brilliant. It is close to the centre and sea, also close to a small supermarket.

There was work going on in the next door apartment which was sometimes very noisy.
