The app for the barrier was hopeless as was the Barrier to be honest which wouldn't work at all on the day we left making us over an hour late for our flight. Nevertheless this was nothing to do with the apartment as such and I understand from the owner of the flat is being changed.

Einmalige Lage (10 Gegminuten nach Moraira Stadt) direkt am Meer mit spektakulärem Ausblick direkt oberhalb von Klippen. Man hat das Meerrauschen und schlagen der Wellen gegen die Klippen unentwegt gehört. Für mich war es wie Musik 🥰. Eine gemütliche Lounge auf dem Balkon, der von fast keinem anderen Appartement einzusehen ist. Das Apoartement war mit allem Notwendigem eingerichtet, sogar ein Einkaufswagen zum ziehen steht bereit. Nächster Supermarkt (Masymas) ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auch wenn der Preis für Januar (für mich) schon gehoben war, werde ich wohl wieder einmal hier Station machen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt 😊

Great location with the lounge and bedroom overlooking the sea, just metres from the shore. Excellent balcony allowed us to make the most of the winter sun. Very comfy bed and spacious all round accomodation made the apartment ideal for our stay

Litt uheldig pga bråket fra renovering av 4 leiligheter i etasjen under. Fikk ingen kompensasjon på denne turen. Filterkaffemaskinen bør skiftes.

Hemos pasado una semana espectacular en este piso tan agradable, con unas vistas inmejorables al mar y a los peñones de Calpe y del Portet. El apartamento cuenta con un acceso peatonal muy cómodo a las playas y a numerosos restaurantes cercanos, que ofrecen una excelente variedad gastronómica, de las mejores de la zona. No hemos salido el coche del parking de toda la semana. El piso está muy bien organizado y equipado con todo lo necesario: utensilios de cocina, lavavajillas, lavadora y aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, algo poco habitual y muy apreciable. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido sencilla y fluida. Además, el apartamento dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio; eso sí, conviene tener en cuenta que, como suele ocurrir en España, las plazas son algo pequeñas. En definitiva, una estancia y un alojamiento de primera categoría

The location of the property is perfect, the view out to sea from the balcony is amazing and we could easily walk to the town and beaches.
