CasaTuris Plaza Nueva en el centro de Alicante A110

Apartment is on top location, spacious, clean. There was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids, kids were especially happy with the large space and separated bathroom 😃

Beds are not comfortable, pillows are to tick and firm.. There are small and large damages all around the apartment, like moving and broken tiles, broken decoration, drawers, leaking bidet

Chagrijnige vervelende beheerder, duurde erg lang voor hij arriveerde en moest toen de bedden nog gaan opmaken.😤 We moesten begrip hebben dat hij t zo druk had. Hij was boos over dat we niet goed hadden aangegeven hoe laat we er zouden zijn en dat we de betaling voor de hond niet cash hadden. We kregen geen antwoord op onze vraag omtrent goede parkeer mogelijkheden, die niet vlak bij zijn (we zijn slecht ter been) 1e étage, niet met lift bereikbaar😭 Slechte locatie voor mensen die niet goed kunnen lopen maar er staat bij de info dat parkeren nabij is😤 Niet echt gezellig. Slaapkamer boven de voordeur van de flat zodat de gehele dag en nacht je de deur hoort dicht klappen. Trieste bedoeling, verpestte onze dagen, had een feestje moeten zijn dit verjaardags cadeautje😭

Check-in con persona frettolosa, ci ha consegnato le chiavi ed è andato via. Non ci ha mostrato il funzionamento della pompa di calore/ aria condizionata. La casa la prima notte era fredda perché l'impianto non erogava l'aria calda, cosicché ho ricontattato la persona di riferimento via messaggio che non si è degnato nemmeno di rispondere. Oltre al disagio della casa fredda, il set di cortesia era insufficiente per tre persone per tre giorni, avevamo a disposizione 4/5 bustine monodose di docciaschiuma per ognuno dei due bagni, un telo doccia a testa, con cui asciugare tutto....

A lot of space, 3 bedrooms but two of them have bunk bed. Close to the beach

super location spacious apartment comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. especially the location was the biggest plus.. the kitchen and living space are huge and comfortable. checkout at 12:00 was a plus aswell

the apartment needs better ventilation in the rooms and bathrooms its not the best. hence one of the bathrooms had some mold on the ceiling, the handing over the key was 40 minutes late while messaging saying he would be late 15..
