Sun Apartament Valencia @ City Arts & Sciences + Parking

Very good apartment and great host Raul. Raul was very responsive and helpful for every question. I spent 6 days in his apartment with my family and felt just like I'm at home. Apartment is fully equipped and close to most Valencia amenities. Definitely recommend and I know where will be staying for my next Valencia visit :) Thank you Raul for everything!

The kitchen could be better equipped, and the washing machine is not working.

The location was great The apartment was perfect for two

The bed was very creaky

The location is good; 5 minutes walking from the main park and 10 minutes from main attractions. The apartment was clean and many accessories were available. The parking place is in the same building and was free of charge - this is a big plus. For me it is one of those accommodations that check all the boxes for what I am searching and I would recommend it to others.

Great location, 5 min walk to the City of Arts & Science. The building is located on a very silent street. Fully fledged kitchen. A kind and caring owner.

Location was great for easy access to the beach and the city (12mins or so cycle to both in opposite directions) and close to several city-bike banks (1-4 mins walk) which were invaluable. Really close to the park/'river' I believe locals call it (?) and the City of Arts & Science (about 5mins walk). Close to several shops/supermarkets and cafés and restaurants but the city is within walking distance for more choice of eateries. Apartment was well equipped (iron/drying rack) with all mod cons with comfy couch and big television. Lovely little balcony for sitting at any time (sun in the afternoon). Quiet area, very comfortable beds.

It was perfect for us and the AC was much needed .
