The location and views are exceptional. The host was amazingly helpful, lovely big apartment with everything you need.

The bathroom door won't lock (has shifted over time) and the drains in the bathroom can be a little bit smelly (like many others).

The view

Very unclean stained and old furniture beds that are not supportive shower doesn’t drain spills over the floor toilet blocks at the slightest mass,electric sockets that should be condemned first time seen a plug socket above a sink , being on 18 floor the wind blows through apartment rattling doors no locking door to balcony danger for kids ,rules that seem archaic and prohibited. Very disappointed with level of service would not recommend sorry Guy on reception in afternoon very rude everyone looking at you like you have robbed the place

Right on the beach close to bars and restaurants. Top floor with a good lift. Very bright and spacious apartment with views overlooking the sea. Maria and her husband were good to communicate with. A very large smart TV in the living room. The price point is good given the standard of accommodation which made it good value for money.

The furniture has seen better days, and the apartment needs a refurb. Most of the furniture is old and a bit delapidated. The sofa was uncomfortable, and because the apartment is let a lot, the fabric sofa and blankets felt a bit grubby. The bed was okay, but the mattress protector was grubby. Not all of the pillows have pillow protectors. Doors banging from other apartments in the building sound very loudly and affected my husbands ability to sleep. Walking around barefoot (from the beginning of our stay), I noticed my socks and soles of my feet got very grubby quickly. On first inspection, the apartment is cleaned to an acceptable standard but not deeply clean, and as mentioned, the sofas, cushions, and blankets felt a bit grubby.

The location is perfect you can walk easily to the strip on Calle Gerona or to the Old Town. It’s right in the heart of the beach promenade. The apartment is on the very top floor of the building making for fantastic views of the beach. Very clean property and perfect for our short stay.
