Parque Golf Maspalomas

We stayed here for a very enjoyable 20 nights. The bungalow was very well appointed with everything we needed, the site was quiet and very well maintained. The pool area was very good. It is important to note that this is not a hotel but a collection of individually owned properties so the site is a mix of resident owners and holiday makers. Other than the pool there are no other communal facilities on site. We loved the private terrace which was surprisingly private, and ate practically all our meals there. Compared to what we would have paid for a hotel, it was really very good value for money. The owner or agent was very good and provided lots of useful information and was very easy to contact if necessary. There was clean spare bedding and spare towels provided although with the very good washing machine and quick drying outside, we didn’t need to use them.

The location is not for everyone. It is very well placed for both Playa del Inglés and Meloneras but you are looking at a minimum 30 minute walk to both. On a map it is a stone throw to the dunes but because it’s surrounded by a golf course that you cannot cross you have to walk (or drive) around it every time you want to get somewhere. It did not really bother us as we like to walk, but some of the surrounding roads are a bit bleak. There are plenty of small supermarkets around that are only a 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive away.

Accommodation was very good. The bungalow was well-equipped with the basics. The grounds were well maintained.

The pool, while adequate,was unheated. There were no public facilities eg reception office, bar, restaurant, shop etc. Parking facilities were very poor.

It was quiet. But this isn’t for everyone. Next to a large pool with lots of space

Very far away form the Yumbo centre. You can’t cut through You need to walk around for 40 mins or drive back and forth to get anywhere

We absolutely loved these apartments and the residential complex where they are located. It’s a beautiful and cozy place with stunning landscaping, lush greenery, and pools. The wide variety of exotic plants left us in awe, adding to the overall charm of the property. For those traveling by car, the location is very convenient, with plenty of parking spaces available. The hosts were always accessible and responded quickly to our questions.

Cockroaches luve in the walls and show up frequently, Noisy sinks, The water boiler blew up (but was repaired immediatly), Location is far from anything, No restaurants around. The water sprinkler is set up wrong and waters half the terrace, which leads to wet sunbeds. Old Mattresses.

Lovley little bolt hold. Nice and quite away from the busy areas but only a 5 euro taxi or 20 minutes walk to either Faro or other areas. Staff very welcoming and safe area. Hotels near by to have a drink or food. But is again in a quite area. Great stay thank you all.

Only comment would be the bed was too soft for me and partner.

Lovely and peaceful location. Well equipped bungalow for the two of us in a small complex which was very relaxing. Very nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Very near the golf course and tennis club. Away from noise and busy areas, we liked the walk to wherever we wanted to go.

We liked everything. To make it absolutely perfect, we would have liked the sun on our terrace late afternoon/evening but the bungalow was not south west facing. But we could just stay in the pool area for that
