No information pamphlets on what is currently on in city No welcome pack, water, tea etc, no toiletries Entrance to property door lock difficult to open

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, camas muy comodas, el anfitrión EXCELENTE, tanto para el Check in, como para el Check Out. Se puede llegar a pié a todos los lugares de interés de la Ciudad, y muy cerca de la Estación de Trenes.

Podría tener algunos utencillos mas de cocina, algo escaso para larga estancia, y una mesa de comedor mas cómoda. Todo lo demás excelente.

It was convenient to everything

It was on a very noisy street with people passing talking and laughing, traffic and roadworks in middle of night. Walls must be paper thin and also noise from apartment overhead. Any of us hardly slept for the 5 nights we were there came home exhausted. It is also on first floor and no lift so not suitable for everyone which should be stated on booking.com for people booking. Another thing no change of towels for a 5 day stay and 2 toilet rolls for 4 adults which they said were complimentary. I had never experienced this in apartments in spain before but to be fair after i complained they did drop off towels and 2 more toilet rolls afterwards not immediately but they did it.

El cuarto baño es pequeñísimo y el colchón de la cama grande mete mucho ruido.

Це було найкраще, що можна було очікувати.Розташування помешкання надзвичайно зручне. В апартаментах було приємно і затишно. Хазяйка апартаментів - справжній скарб. Дуже приємна, доброзичлива та уважна. Конфіденційність гостей була повністю дотримана, що додало комфорту.

Матрас на ліжку досить м'який і ми усю ніч котилися в середину ліжка.

The location was good and the apartment was relatively spacious. We liked that we were given two sets of keys. The blinds to block out the light fully in the bedrooms was also good.

We stayed in one of the apartments on the third floor. The bathroom was in a truly horrible state and it did not correspond with what were ultimately very misleading photos. The vanity was essentially in the shower so it made for very awkward and uncomfortable cleaning. The photos on booking.com gave the appearance that the shower was enclosed by a glass partition and not the shower screen that was actually in place. It was also incredibly absurd that the shower curtain did not reach the floor so water would get everywhere after someone had a shower, leading to very wet towels and a wet apartment. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant and repulsive smell. The shower head was also unreliable and it was difficult to shower altogether because if the shower pressure was turned on too high, then more water would just spill everywhere. The furniture used throughout the apartment was also the cheapest of the cheap. The position of the couch in relation to the tv was also very peculiar. Given that someone has probably owned the apartment in full for quite some time, it is unreasonable that the apartment should be in the state that it is in. It should also be made clear that there is no lift in the building. I don’t think the windows were also very good quality as they did not block out noise on the street level. The bed was not comfortable and the long bed-width size pillows were not practical for two people in the bed. The towels were also very mean.
