Excelente localização, apartamento espaçoso e com garagem, o que numa zona onde é difícil estacionar, se torna uma grande vantagem. Edifício e entorno muito bonito.

A limpeza é pouco cuidada. Havia sujidade acumulada no frigorífico e nos eletrodomésticos em geral, assim como em outros espaços da casa. Havia uma máquina de lavar loiça, no entanto, a loiça saia mais suja do que limpa.
