Very good communication with the owner when booking. Appointments were kept nicely and we received a nice welcome. Everything was neat and tidy. Everything went very smoothly at check-out too.

The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the fridge was a bit noisy, at night anyway. Maybe it's not quite fitting. Other than that, there are definitely no downsides

The apartament is like shown în the fotos, clean and with all you need for vacation time. It was 15min walking to the beach and with many shops and supermarket very close

The furniture is a mix of old and new. The sofa în the living room is very small, the table cover very old and not sure if clean and the frige was very loud în the night.

The location was really good with just a short walk to all major attractions. The bed and blanket were super comfortable and actually even more comfortable than the one I have at my student accommodation, but the key to the front gate is a tiny bit hard to manoeuvre. The hosts were really friendly and kind, and accommodated us well. All facilities work well. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

Very clean accommodation and was as described. Good location for 15 mins walk into central Alicante and 10 mins walk to shopping plaza with wide range of shops and amenities. Very nice shower.

On second floor with no lift. But this was expected in an older apartment building.

The apartment is clean, well-kept, great contact with the owner.

Location is nice and just 15 mints walk to the beach, the host is very kind and helpful, he did assist with a Taxi to the Alicante airport. House was very clean, AC working because without it, no way to sleep.

The area is noisy at night, neighbours are loud until late midnight

The apartment is equipped with everything for living and comfortable rest. Convenient location. Bus stop nearby. Supermarket a couple of minutes. Close to the beach and the center too.

Very well equipped apartment. WiFi was fast.
