Interior Studio Serviced Apartment

I can say that my stay in this apartment was amazing. Every single thing was provided. There were a wide choice of kitchen equipment: fridge, microwave, oven, all necessary dishes. The bed was very comfortable. An owner of this flat was very caring. The price and quality of this stay is the best I've ever had. There was also smart TV. Recommend booking this apartment to everybody. I will definitely come back here soon.

Great location near the beach and also city areas and bus stops. Even though the apartment is very small, it has all necessary things like a kitchen area, quite recently renovated bathroom. Enough storage space. Big mirrors make the space feel larger. A lot of light from the two windows. Many of the permanent residents of the large building are friendly. Building kept clean even though it is quite worn. Very quiet from midnight on but that will depend on which light well you would stay by. Many light wells in the big building. This particular apartment is in good condition and modern but in the same building many others are not. Dish draining shelves in kitchen cupboard a big plus, and also a bidet shower attached to the toilet. Good shower. Double-glazed windows keep sounds away quite well. Janitor always available and seems to know everyone which makes the building feel safe. Over half of the residents are non-Europeans.

Daytime the building is very noisy. There are over 100 letter boxes downstairs so it's a large building. Sounds and smells come to the apartment from the light well, many others keep TVs and radios on very high much of the day and talk loudly with their windows open so I had to keep windows closed much of the time, onlyopen during the night and when I went out. Bed very high because there are storage drawers under it. Very little floor space in the apartment.

The location is perfect (for us at least), close the beach and close to the centre. The bed is really comfy and the furniture are modern and nice. Host nice and having the key was easy and fast..

Building is not one of the best and the studio is small, so there is some extra furniture in there. The space could be better organized.

Location was great, Apartment was clean, host was friendly and correct. I saw a lot of complaints about location... Please dear people almost all buildings in Las Palmas are old.. To me it was fine. No it's not a brand spanking new tower hotel in Dubai...but it's good enough.. and for the price it's unbeatable... Complaints about cockroaches..... Haven't seen one in the apartment.. the host is doing all she can to keep them out..

Ok one complaint, The ceiling fan is very wobbly and noisy..... actually not usable.. But there was another fan In the room, so problem was solved.

The studio looks better in the photos, but it's truly what is described. All the furniture and equipment as advertised. It was easy to unlock and the host was in touch via text messages with various tips. There were neat notes everywhere with instructions. There is a safe deposit box. The host is good and you will find all needed things inside, but the studio itself is in a bad location in a low quality badly managed building.

We didn't know anything about Las Palmas, so we did a mistake to assume the location is good. The beach area is the worst part of Las Palmas. It's a ghetto with low quality buildings infested with cockroaches. The good areas are away from the beach around Triana and Vegueta. The beach is terrible. It's windy with big waves. It's for surfers. It's useless for other people. There is no air-conditioning and you can't keep windows open at night, because cockroaches will enter. Yes, they are crawling on the walls of the building. We saw only 4 roaches inside the apartment during our stay. The host even left notes how to avoid cockroaches and instructed us that we should not leave food outside the fridge and garbage should be thrown every time we get out. The windows are looking at other windows and walls. There are tiny vertical tunnels within the building, so every small studio has some windows with daylight. We can't wash and dry our clothes out there, because this small space smells strong with various weird foods and spices from the neighbors from all floors. Neighbors can be loud, but it actually happened just once in our short stay.
