Great location near to the marina and 20 min walk to the centre of Estepona. The pools when they opened.underground parking.

Pools.the adult pool only opens from mid June until September so only one pool for part of stay Interior of apartment dated could do with new furniture and decorating.Bathrooms need extraction fans as there is no ventilation.The apartment is in Puerto Alta block 1 so do not understand why it's called Puertosol 2.I see this has been mentioned in other comments.

Good location. Nice balcony to catch the sun and view the sea. Comfortable.

Would have liked offer of clean sheets after a week. Some cleaning materials too. Pool doesn’t open till mid June.

A generally adequate holiday apartment within a very well maintained and attractive housing community close to the port, restaurants and supermarkets. Clean and tidy on arrival with good linens and a fair set of kitchen equipment and utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with freezer below. Good Wi-Fi and adequate television and other audio equipment. Comfortable sofa.

Unfortunately also quite a number of issues which would stop us returning here. The large balcony facing south is very noisy from traffic below during the day, although at night with windows shut there is no noise. From time to time there were problems with smells from the drains in both bathrooms. The shower cabinet has no safety non-slip mat and no shelf or grab rail, and the doors leak and need attention. Extremely hot water from the kitchen tap below the boiler – some warning of this should be provided. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs. No welcome brochure or information was provided about the apartment or the surrounding area. On arrival the representative helped with setting up the Wi-Fi, demonstrated how the heating could be used, advised on using the pool and access to parking, but not much more. A non working kettle was reported and not replaced. When we came to leave no one came as arranged to pick up the keys.

The complex was nice, lots of flowers, clean and well cared for. The flat was very disappointing, old furniture, cushions felt grubby, sweat stained cushions, bathrooms smelt.

We were very disappointed with the flat, it was very dated, needed decorating, lamp broken, balcony chair broken, inside the sofa was old and saggy, cushions on wicker chairs were stained with sweat, kitchen blind was broken and stained, the bathrooms smelt. 2 manky wine glasses for apartment of 4. Curtains dragging on floor were dirty. Paint peeling off balcony walls, balcony flower bed was full of dead flowers, rubbish was there. It needs a total refurb, we went in September so assume lots of people had stayed before us and nothing had been touched since the season started. They are charging too much for an unloved flat. Booking.com stated the 160 euros cleaning was included in the price - it wasn’t, it was extra. Rep did a few things to resolve our complaints - new wine glasses, new blind but just left in kitchen, not installed, fixed lamp, got replacement balcony chairs. Stained sweat cushions remained there. Pool near flat closes on 1st September.

Good location. Excellent complex with lovely grounds and two great swimming pools. Spacious balcony with outdoor furniture.

There was a constant smell of drains in the master bathroom and the cleaning was not up to standard. There were urine stains on the toilet pedestal-very unpleasant. The shower head in the house bathroom was not fit for purpose, making it impossible to have a proper shower. Having reported these faults, only the cleaning was done - disappointing. Uncomfortable beds.
