The property is clean and spacious.

The address on our paperwork was wrong - the taxi driver left us in the street. We phoned owner whilst standing outside Spar supermarket and he sent a woman to let us into the apartment with the keys. No explanation or apology was forthcoming The property is advertised as having a balcony but there is just an alcove at the end of the sitting room with normal windows. This is not a beachfront property. The TV is small, Spanish channels only and screen still covered with protective film. No toiletries in bathroom, no provisions of any kind left - do not arrive on Saturday afternoon or Sunday when Spar closed!

Very nice in the center of Arrecife. Quite spacious and modern with most appliances anyone could need. They have great wifi.

The view is bad... You are looking at someone else's terrace. The dish washer simply didn't work. It gets very very loud at night. During the day it's also loud when people are yelling outside but at night when they clean the streets you simply cannot sleep with an open window. No air conditioning! The furniture is a bit used and bruised. Not a lot of warm water. Two people can't shower one after another. The door cannot be locked from the inside. The tv is very small.

Such a clean and spacious place for a couple. Well located in a beautiful area . Was everything that you could possibly need for your stay . We were very happy with everything and also I have to mention that our plane was in the late afternoon and they let us stay longer witch was a great gesture for us . Many thanks guys and good luck in everything 👌

Apartment was clean

Awful location, very noisy as located on a busy street got absolutely no rest day or night, terrible views of demolished buildings nearby on both sides, not a beachfront as advertised, not a value for money, more hassle than it's worth. On last night no hot water. Would not recommend!!!
