Apartamentos Maspalomas Foresta

Locatie is perfect. Mooi groot terras waar je goed uitzicht hebt op zee en op de bergen.

Het verschil met de foto's op booking.com en de werkelijkheid was heel groot. Op booking.com stonden foto's van een mooie witte badkamer, een witte keuken, een ruimte woonkamer. Maar in werkelijkheid was alles oud en bruin en veel kleiner. De bedden zijn echt heel hard. Er was ook te weinig info gegeven over waar je de sleutels van het appartement op moest halen. Op booking.com stond een adres, maar dat was aan het begin van de straat, terwijl we ergens halverwege naar de receptie moesten.

The reception team was very welcoming and helpful. The location is great on one hand — it’s close to the beach with wild ocean and dunes, a lovely restaurant, and a grocery shop. The housekeeping team was also friendly and responsible. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable.

On the other hand, the building is located between two rather busy roads, so noise from garbage trucks at 4 AM or food delivery at 6 AM is quite normal. We didn’t sleep very well. The couch in the living room was very unpleasant: it’s old, stained, and uncomfortable. I really think the management should replace it without hesitation.

This was the fourth time we stayed at Foresta and everything was great as always. Very close to the beach, restaurants and bus station, also there is a Spar across the street. The lady at the reception was very kind and nice, she even gave us our favorite apartment, we want to thank her and send her kind regards. We would recommend Foresta apartments to everyone and we'll definitely come back next year 🙂

Location excellent, close to shops, restaurants, bus and taxis and of course looking out from the balcony at the mountains, dunes and beaches

Very small issue but it’d be easier to tell visitors that the reception is beside the mini market rather than giving a actual number as it’s much easier to find but it’s a minor issue

We stayed two nights at app.nr8 on the first floor. Reception was very comunicative, kind and flexible about are late arrival. The appartment was well equiped, with a large couch, comfy bed, two big tvs and two balconies. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Great location!!! Second row from the lagoon, 3 mins from the beach and a few more to the dunes on one side and lighthouse to the other.

Parking on the street close to the accomodation was hard to find during the day.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and the rooms and views were superb The beds were so comfortable probably the best we have had on any holiday. We both enjoyed our early morning coffee and croissants at the reception café where fresh orange juice and other breakfast/snack options was available

As we thoroughly enjoyed our stay we can't think of anything that could be improved on
