Great location, all basic needs were covered by the facilities in the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 balconies which was great

Smell of mold or dampness when all doors were closed. Not sure if it came from the bathroom or somewhere else. General impression that the apartment could do with a bit of redecorating.and minor repair.

We were upgraded to a beach front garden property so were very pleased. We have stayed in a similar apartment to the one we booked which is a street away from the beach front. All of the Oasis Apartments are pretty similar in what they offer fresh bed linen twice a week (This could be reduced to once a week in out opinion) clean towels every 2 days (excessive when once a week would be ample when they can be put outside to dry in the sun). We like the location and the comfy bed but would prefer a lightweight duvet rather than a blanket as i find they fall of the bed easily and i get tangled in them with the layers of sheets.

This feedback is for apartment 'La Paz' No 3 where we were located. Clearer instructions where to pick up the keys for the apartment. We went in to the office to ask if they knew where we could pick up the keys which is when they informed us it was one of theirs! Equally our prebooked taxi text contained a link to where we would get the pick up point (It was different to where we were originally told) and the drivers name could only be found out by following the link. As i had no inernet access on my phone it was difficult to do this. So please if you say you are going to send a text with info - do it all on the text not with a link as it caused last minute stress ( i had to go to an internet cafe to get the info). Also why give a pick up point at the end of the road rather than the general office. Wifi for the apartments is charged daily . It should be free in this day and age and to include Netflix on TV. Some English news channels programmed on the TV but would have been nice to have more as the French, Austrian, Dutch, German, Spanish etc all seem to be prammmed in. Limited kitchen equipment - we purchased a sieve, a grater and veg peeler as we find these 'basic' utensils aslo a wooden spoon and also salt peper and washing up liquid. A few mixing bowls would also be useful. The lighting in the living room is harsh (Flourescent) we moved a bedside lamp from the bedroom and used candles to create a warer ambience. We also moved the coffee table from in front of the telly to the side as it made access to outside easier. The wardrobe and chest of drawers need changing around so the TV is in front of the bed. Tired, faded pictures in living room need replacing. A splashback behind the hob would stop the painted walls getting soiled. Cleaning was adequate but the spiders web in kitchen and dust on skirting was still there a month after our stay. The clunky wooden sofa (bed) and armchair were really uncomfortable and outdated.
