No air condition had to pay for sun beds umbrellas and mates for the beds

location, good size balcony overlooking the pool with sun most of the day.

couldn’t work the hob, no spare bin liners for rubbish, unaware in advance that the pool facilities were chargeable.

Lovely property overlooking the pool. Pool area beautiful with plenty of sun beds and well worth the small charge. well equipped with fridge washing machine kettle etc. Fans in rooms. Easy check in . Lovely pool bar.

No criticism. However early check out and late flight . would have liked to have known about the luggage storage area available nearby .

The hotel was in a good location central to our holiday needs.

After booking the hotel we received an email stating that the pool was under maintenance work and was not available to us to use throughout our stay and that the sister hotel down the road would be available (this was not the case as every time we visited, we could not access a sun lounger). Further to this, work started at our hotel on the maintenance for the pool at 0700ish every morning and was very noisy. This spoiled our holiday completely and if we had known in advance, we wouldn't have booked the hotel at all. To let us book the holiday and then tell us that the pool was unavailable and would cost over £300 to cancel is fraudulent.

Everything was perfect, stuff was very lovely and helpful.

it over looked the pool and is central to everything in plays playa las americas perfect for as its perfect for families as it’s completely safe for children and even when busy the pool it’s not to packed

only short fall is you must pay for the sun beds but I’d rather pay and not be on top of each other like other hotels and apartments
