Aparthotel Neptuno Costadeje

Located in a quiet part of adeje, close to local supermarkets and within in walking distance of the main town, offering plenty of pubs and restaurants. Apartment was newly refurbished and very spacious, lovely views and staff were very welcoming.

Not for the faint hearted the hill is steep but we found a different route took a few minutes longer but was more safer.

Raramente ho dato 5 stelle ad una struttura alberghiera. Ma in questo caso le merita tutte. partiamo dall'accoglienza che è stata professionale, cordiale e veloce. La reception è attiva H24 per qualsiasi necessità ed ha risposto sempre alle nostre richieste. Camere: abbiamo dormito prima in uno Studio e poi in un appartamento con camera da letto. Entrambe molto funzionali con tutto il necessario. Il Bagno è dotato di asciugamani che vengono sostituiti periodicamente, qualche saponetta, il phon. Box doccia enorme e praticissimo. Letti: sono sempre due singoli accoppiati, ma si dorme bene. Cucina: ha tutto il necessario e la spazzatura viene ritirata tutti i giorni. Piscina: quella grande non l'abbiamo usata ma è molto grande e si cono lettini ed ombrelloni per tutti. Quella piccola è riservata agli adulti e riscaldata. E' piccola ma ci si rilassa parecchio e la temperatura dell'acqua è gradevole. BAR, non lo abbiamo mai frequentato, ma è gradito soprattutto dai ragazzi amanti dei drinks ...... Servizio: le camere vengono pulite quasi tutti i giorni ed il letto rassettato. Dintorni: a 350 metri c'è il supermercato dove acquistare qualsiasi cosa. Basta fare altri 200 metri e c'è il centro commerciale se c'è bisogno di altri servizi commerciali. La fermata del Bus per i collegamenti è a soli 150 metri. La spiaggia è raggiungibile anche a piedi (1500 metri circa). Il lungomare è pura movida e si può avere di tutto, dai massaggi ai piedi, alla ristorazione, al noleggio barche. Ospiti: quasi tutti discreti e rispettosi. CONSIGLI: dato che non tutti gli ospiti sono a conoscenza che la piscina riscaldata è per soli adulti e che ne è vietato l'uso di salvagenti, musica e consumazione cibo, sarebbe opportuno applicare un cartello sul cancello d'entrata anche con gli orari.

Once issues were dealt with the new room was a lot better and cleaner, the majority of the staff were friendly

Our first room had many issues, including windows/doors not shutting properly and being unsecure. the shower flooded and wouldn’t drain properly, and the room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. even so the fridge smelt as well as glasses and bowls in the room. when we went to reception the manager was rude and arrogant and told us we’d need to wait an hour before we would be dealt with. when we went back down and asked for a refund and said we would stay elsewhere as we really weren’t happy at all he told us that’s no happening. we showed him the booking where it was partially refundable with the exception of paying for a nights stay and the rest is refundable, he told us they didn’t uphold that and was very rude and dismissive after that. this ruined our stay there as we’d experienced so much with the room and staff however they weren’t willing to rectify it in a good enough manner.

Location was excellent and in property I saw nice ocean view.

Está muy bien relación calidad-Precio. El personal muy amable. El apartamento con lo necesario. Las instalaciones se pueden mejorar pero en general muy bien. La piscina climatizada es genial, la pena es que la grande no lo está! Me gustó bastante. Volveré en Junio

Por mejorar, el sillón-cama incómodo. Que la piscina climatizada es solo adultos. Y el horario de piscina se podría agrandar más. Pequeñas cosas pero en general todo bien.

Les papiers qui traînent parterre parfois et les murs sont fins on entend un peu les autres appartements

La piscina de climatización, los jardines los apartamentos recién reformados .
