The apartment is in an excellent location close to some lovely restaurants and shops.The owner is very helpful and met us on arrival.Immaculately clean and very well equipped. Great facilities in the complex and the pool area is kept really clean. Would highly recommend the apartment.

Very well equipped, bright and clean apartment!

The apartment had everything we could possibly need and we loved the little town of El Cotillo. Parking was easy.

The pool was freezing in December, we are faily hardy but it was an ice plunge at best.

Everything was exellent!

Upon arrival at the Apartment we were greeted by Bienve & a friend who helped translate into English. The Apartment itself is INCREDIBLE!! Bienve has thought of EVERYTHING one would need staying there. The lounge / kitchen is a very comfortable usable space with plenty of kitchen utensils. We also had a fruit bowl, water and beers given to us. There is a utility room with a washing machine, deck chairs, wind breaker & umbrella for the beach. Plus Bienve has even supplied toilet rolls, shampoo, cleaning products including clothes washing liquid & conditioner. The bedrooms (of which we only used one of) are beautifully decorated and the light fan was a god send!!! Better than air conditioning. The bathroom was lovely and clean with an abundance of towels for our use. The only thing we wished the bathroom had was a fan, but this is a very minor issue one we got over immediately. The large balcony that overlooked the pools is amazing! The outdoor furniture fantastic and we spent all our nights out there enjoying a tipple or 3 before bed. The complex itself including the pool area is super clean and very well cared for. There are toilets at the pool area and again very clean. The location is fantastic, very close to shops and restaurants but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We will 100% stay here again no hesitation and cannot thank Bienve enough for giving us the opportunity to stay in her beautiful apartment and for being super flexible in letting us check out late. 10/10 isn't a high enough score for such an apartment. Everything was beyond perfect!

The apartment was meticulously clean and very spacious. What we found most impressive that this apartment was probably one of the best equipped and closest to home that we have ever been, and we have rented a lot. Particularly the kitchen - we usually cook a lot on our travels and the kitchen had it all and - pots, knives, pans, you name it and it was all good quality, not worn down stuff that one usually gets in holiday rentals. Other than that - the location is good, it is located in a newly developing part of El Cotillo but the cute old town is ~5mins walk away, the beach Playa De Los Lagos is ~3mins away, top-rated restaurants are 2 mins away and supermarket is 3mins away - you have all you need for your stay right next to the place. Highly recommended.

The pool was a bit chilly, but we stayed the first week of March - this is to be expected and did not surprise us. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Great Location/Large Balcony/ Kitchen facilities/Utility room & very comfortable beds

Access to balcony through bedrooms/Lack of TV channels & signal very poor with no non Spanish options leading to very limited viewing.Lounge very small thankfully we were a group of 2, 4 would be quite cramped.No property and local area information & recommendations.Better instructions to which Puerta property was located.
