Beautiful large apartment in the heart of torremolionos, A short walk to the beach and the town centre, approximately 5 minutes to both. The apartment itself was bright, spacious and was spotless. it had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. The complex is extremely secure and everyone in the surrounding properties was very friendly and welcoming, the pool area is beautiful, and there is plenty of space to lounge in the sun and relax, Loungers were provided by Axel as well as beach towels, Axel has thought of everything to make your holiday one you wouldn't forget, and the views from the two balconies are picturesque, Axel himself is a gentleman, always on hand to answer any questions we had, a excellent host who is extremely friendly but not intrusive, I would, without a doubt recommend this holiday apartment, you'll definitely not regret it, P.s check out the fish and turtles behind the pool down the steps,, so cute 🥰

Nothing, everything was perfect 😊

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön und sehr sauber. Es ist auch alles da, was man allgemein braucht (viel Geschirr, Spülmaschinentabs, Salz, Pfeffer, etc - sogar ein Bügeleisen). Die Aussicht aufs Meer vom überdachten Balkon ist schön und allgemein ist die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt und harmonisch. Besonders toll ist auch der Pool und die Liegewiese mit Sonnenschirmen.

Es gibt nicht wirklich was zu bemängeln, auf zwei Punkte möchte ich aber hinweisen, die vor Buchung bekannt sein sollten: 1. Es gibt zwar zwei Bäder, aber beide sind nur durch Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Die Einzelperson im dritten Schlafzimmer muss also für einen nächtlichen Toilettengang bei anderen durchs Schlafzimmer schleichen. 2. Der Pool hat Öffnungszeiten, weil es einen tiefen Anteil gibt und ein Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort ist. Offenbar öffnet der Pool meist erst im Juni, ist dann auch nur für so 5-6 Stunden am Tag geöffnet und nur im Hochsommer länger auf.

Het appartement was prima in orde, zeer ruim, heel proper. De communicatie met Alex verliep zeer vlot, zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf.

Het appartement is groot en voorzien van alle gemakken, die je mag verwachten in een vakantiehuis. En het appartement bevindt zich op een toplocatie tussen Torremolinos en Carihuela in.

Er viel niets tegen, maar in de winter is een extra handdoek aan te raden, omdat de was niet in korte tijd droog is.

Although the property & furniture is a bit dated, it is well maintained with marble floors & comfortable. It was very clean & had everything that we needed. The host allowed an earlier check-in at a charge of 20 euros. Given that we had a baby it was appreciated as it allowed her to sleep.

Check out time was an issue. Our plane was at 9:30 AM and the host declined an early 6: AM checkout which has never been a problem for us in the past in Spain. This was our 3rd visit to Torremolinos but because the security deposit would only be returned at checkout at 9:00 AM the cash was not returned to us. It was later credited through Booking. com but a commission was taken by both booking & the bank. Canadians travelers beware because Revolut which processes the return security deposit money in Spain does not operate in Canada. You might have to find alternative methods at a cost.
