Convenient location, clean, large with sufficient facilities. The hosts were responsive in the communication we had.

There are some small issues that are good to know: It can get difficult to find. A host is present during the check in, but if any of the guests isn't present, I suggest the person who checks in makes sure everyone will get sufficient information as soon as possible. The exact address (street number) comes only in a long booking.com-chat message in Spanish soon after the booking completion. It doesn't exist anywhere else. If someone forgets that or has no access, it's not clear where is it. Google maps location is a bit vague and there isn't a label, a name in the outer door bells or any other indication. It's on a busy road and can get a bit noisy. Fortunately, the bedroom is on the other side and has it's own air conditioning system. The check-out is unusually early, so try to remember that information when time comes. I suggest a bit of care with taking the stairs down. The light turns off automatically quite fast and the stairs are painted very dark.

Good location, close to downtown. Tram runs in front of the apartment. Clean and well kept rooms. Easy to use kitchen with dishwasher. On weekends, outside noise can be heard in the living room until late at night, but the bedrooms are not facing the street, so I can sleep quietly.

The drainage in the shower booth is very poor. I have to take a shower with very low water consumption or it will overflow outside. I reported this to the owner on the first day, but it was never fixed during my 6-night stay. The washing machine is on a different floor outside the room. There is a document in the room explaining this, but it is incorrect. The laundry machine is actually on the 3rd floor, but the document says "it is on the 5th floor", which was completely confusing.

The apartment is big and location is perfect- you can get easily everywhere.The tram stop is close to the flat and bus stop 5min far away. In the apartment you have everything what you need and even more. Sonia was very helpful and friendly.

If you need balcony, so there is no balcony in the apartment. Could be a bit loud due to the tram route and bar downstairs.

Both Sonia and Carlos were amazing, the property is in walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping centers, cleaned and well equipped kitchen, it really makes you feel like home, i will definitely come back on my next visit, thank you for everything.

Just be careful, the water can get very hot in the shower if you turn the pressure down. The first key didn't work for us but Sonua was not far away to help.

Everything was perfect! Great location, right in the middle of the city. Everything was easy walking distance. Very modern apartment, great space, great host and we had an excellent time! There is nothing to fault with this apartment.

The location is very good.

We did not receive the precise location before arrival. We were waiting for the key at the wrong place. It's a pity that there was no coffee.

Very new and clean apartment

There was no shower gel/shampoo, we arrived in the evening and had to wash our hair with hand soap :( no trash bin bags anywhere, no complimentary coffee or tea, it felt like they were not prepared to receive us bit the booking was made well in advance. The man who gave us the keys was a bit rude.

Location is excellent . It's close to markets and shopping areas.

Washer machine is in the attic.
