El apartamento estaba linpio.

La relacion con el personal. Solo mediante WhatsApp, incumpliendo la ley de protección de datos y amenazando.

Estaba limpio y bien ubicado

El sofá cama no era demasiado cómodo

Todo muy bien, incluso los detalles de bienvenida.

The kitchen is good stocked. We really like have coffee, sugar, condensed milk and water between others.

Location was great, not in the city historical center but very close to it walking distance (about 7 minutes). The check in was easy to do and very flexible (we arrived quite late and there was no problem). There are some gifts in the apartment (bottle of wine and some candies) which is a nice attention. The bed is super comfortable.

The washing machine was not in the apartment and was a common one, shared with other apartments. That is ok in theory, but it really looked like it was bothering the neighbours, we came back to pick up our laundry and one neighbor had already got it out, super pissed... Also, the soaps at disposal for laundry were not correct. I used a bottle where it was written laundry soap for white and it turned out to be bleach replace inside, which ruined all of my white clothes. This was very annoying. The add was also misleading as in the pictures, it looks like there is a terrasse that is private to the apartment, but in reality, this was a shared terrasse on the roof, with all the other neighbours. This would have been ok if we knew about it, but I re-read 2 times the add on Booking and there was no mention that this was a shared terrasse which I then find very misleading. Parking in this area is terrible, so you really need to ask the host to have their parking option, which you pay on the side to them.
