Nice apartment in excellent neighborhood

The apartment is in a really nice location, within a walk you can reach the beach and some other attractions and restaurants.

The owner should give a little bit more attention to the cleanliness of the apartment especially in the bathroom. During our stay we had no hot water for showering, in the first morning we complained and the owner was nice and responsive, somehow trying to fix the problem, he also assured us that the problem has been fixed but in the next morning we only had hot water for like 30 seconds and then again no more, in the 3 morning there was not even for 30 seconds hot water. We were traveling with our son which is one and a half years old, we requested right after our booking a crib for him, because when choosing the apartment it was written that the accommodation could provide us a crib. There was no answer that came back to our message and when we arrived at the apartment the owner showed us some bed sheets and told us that those are for the couch, which we can use for our son. The apartment has a lot of potential if the owner will take time to adjust some of the things.

Beautiful area, nice facilities

The hot water wasn't sufficient for 4 people, and the street had lots of traffic with cars

The flat is spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood is nice, there’s a beautiful park nearby, playgrounds. The description of the flat and location and the pictures fully correspond to the reality. We liked the place.

Everything was spacious and clean. The location is quite normal. The beach is about 20 minutes walk.

The boiler is very small, not designed for 4 people, not everyone had enough hot water. Few bags for garbage (there was only one in the apartment for five nights). There were also not enough blankets or sheets for covering. If you are not traveling as a couple ☺️ There is no store nearby (the nearest 15-20 minutes walk).
