Apartment ist groß, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man empfindlich beim Schlafen ist, ist die Lage an der Straße jedoch nicht ideal, da es sehr hellhörig ist. Grundsätzlich war auch die Sauberkeit ok

Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht gut. Die Waschmaschine musste vor Benutzung gereinigt werden, da sie geschimmelt hat innen. In den Angaben wurde angeführt das eine Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks, nach den vereinbarten Konditionen, möglich ist. In Wahrheit gibt es keine Aufberwarungmöglichkeit, es wird lediglich auf öffentliche Angebote zur Gepäck in der Umgebung hingewiesen.

The only positive aspect was the good location.

Unfortunately, the flat in Seville did not meet my expectations. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from the drain pipes that spread throughout the whole flat and made it very uncomfortable to stay there.Because of this, I cannot recommend the property.

Property was spacious, comfortable with outside dining area on balcony. Had block out shutters and complex was quiet. Good location in that most tourist destinations were within 20 mins walking, including Nervion Plaza and train station with supermarket, restaurants and chemist located on doorstep. Property had a passing bus service route.

Located on a fairly busy road in terms of traffic and the noise that brings, area quiet otherwise.
