Paradise Club Oasis

Resort davvero centrale a 2 passi dalla zona turistica. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort possibili (a parte il letto). Il mese di novembre fantastico, perché c'era un silenzio e senso di pace pazzesco.

Lettone assolutamente scomodo, ho dormito male tutta la settimana purtroppo. Una presa staccata dal muro in soggiorno dove era collegata una lampada e che non ci fosse un minimo di sapone mani in bagno almeno per l'arrivo degli ospiti, pulizia della casa discreta.

Lovely area to stay. We come at least twice a year.

Great location - apartments are nice and modern, plenty of room (we're a couple - one big bedroom with air con, living room area with comfortable sofa and armchair). TV with firestick/apps to and WiFi to watch etc. Apartment has its own sun loungers on the terrace which you can take out into the pool area - there are always loungers available in the communal pool area but handy to have the bonus of being able to take private loungers across to pool if too busy. Apartment/complex is a great location for the main strip of bars and restaurants in Puerto del Carmen, just a five minute walk round the corner onto the main road for Spar and all the bars and restaurants etc. Sea/beach is just across the road as well. In the apartment, there is an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine. We just bought teabags and instant coffee for our stay but there is a coffee machine which takes pods if you want a nicer one and to take/buy your own pods. Also plenty of room on the terrace if you want to dry clothes etc.

Air con is only in bedroom but that's fine as there's a big fan in the living room and you can always have the patio door open etc for a breeze. We thought we would need air con the whole time but it actually gets nice and cool really quickly and we had to turn the air con off a few times. Not so much a dislike but think we booked just as the apartment ownership was changing hands so we had a couple of logistical issues like WiFi not working when we first arrived, and patio door was unlocked as previous tenants appeared to take key with them and door was unlocked when we arrived. Owners/property manager on site fixed both issues very swiftly though, and the complex is very secure regardless. It does state that there are beach towels available for use in the apartment, and this is true however we found they were bath towels that you would use for a shower in the apartment, so we didn't really want to be taking these out to the pool. We didn't pack beach towels due to only taking hand luggage for our trip, but it wasn't a major issue as we just nipped to one of the shops on the strip in del Carmen and bought a couple of beach towels for the trip. There are clips in the apartment for the towels to use on the loungers which was handy. The communal pool is on the small side but as complex was fairly quiet and most people just wanted to sun bathe, we always got in the pool whenever we wanted. It's more ideal for a quick dip/swim though rather than a pool where you'd want to play games/take inflatables in/swim lengths etc as it's definitely too small for that. Nice and cool water though which is good to cool off when sunbathing.
