Es un apartamento muy acogedor y el dueño muy atento . Está muy céntrico y el aparcar es difícil, pero la atención del dueño increíble guardando un parking justo en la puerta❤️

Apartamento muy bien decorado y cómodo. Tiene cervezas, agua, café e infusiones. Esta muy cerca del centro histórico y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Para repetir sin dudar.

La estancia estaba muy limpia y Manuel dejó muchos detalles como variedad de tes, café, cerveza fría... La ubicación es perfecta, ya que se encuentra en el casco antiguo de Arcos y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Manuel nos explicó todo, muy amable. La casa además está decorada con muy buen gusto

"Gemütliches Apartment für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Arcos de la Frontera"

Das Duque de Boliches ist eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und perfekter Lage, um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich schöner, als sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Auch der Parkplatz in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage ist super. Was aber noch wichtiger ist: Vielleicht kennen Sie das Gefühl, wenn Sie in einer Ferienwohnung sind und sich denken: Hier sollten die Gastgeber mal eine Nacht selber schlafen, dann würden sie aber einiges anders machen. Im Duque de Boliches ist es genau andersherum: Es ist alles so liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt alles, was man braucht und davon genug. Es gibt z.B. genug Ablageplatz im Bad, auch zum Aufhängen der Handtücher ist viel Platz. Es gibt Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Olivenöl, Salz und Pfeffer, Küchenrolle... Die Fenster lassen, wenn die Rolläden unten sind, kein Licht in die Schlafzimmer. Und zwischen Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer gibt es auch Rollos. Man merkt einfach, dass den Gastgebern wirklich wichtig ist, dass ihre Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Einziger Punkt: Die Duscharmatur muss ersetzt werden, man kann nur noch die Handbrause benutzen und muss sie beim Duschen auch die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten.

"Precioso apartamento en Arcos."

Situado en la calle paralela, a 50 metros de la cuesta de Belén, principio del casco histórico. Decorado con muy buen gusto, cuidado y con detalles para el huesped, que se agradecen mucho. Y las vistas al valle preciosas. Da gusto quedarse en sitios así.

Por poner alguna pega, no tiene ascensor, pero solo una planta de escaleras.
