The deposit has still not repaid and your advertisement for the apartment didn't mention a deposit. Please include a deposit in your next advert. I will never use Booking.com again if you don't.

Everything was great. Fab location. Lovely apartment. Great communication. Fantastic swimming pools.

Nothing. I would definitely come back if it wasn't for the deposit needed. Although it want taken in the end it worried me as I don't have a credit card and they wasn't sure a debit would work. I travel every 6 weeks to tenerife and if it was guaranteed no deposit, I would book repeatedly. Loved it

The studio has everything you need. Close to everything, the pools are amazing, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend 👌

Just the location & pool areas

Apartment g9 was up lots or stairs it’s very outdated too & the place wasn’t very clean especially the shower/bathroom was disgusting. The balcony looked out onto a bomb site/tip. The neighbors who live there have dogs that bark a lot. You have to do your own cleaning & washing towels no spare bedding. Overall very disappointed.

it was extremely expensive for what it is! it also did not look like the picture. it’s old and rusty compound. I asked for a late checkout but they ignored my message until now as if you don’t matter once they get your money.
