El piso está situado en una zona tranquila con fácil aparcamiento y varias tiendas y bares cerca. Se llega al centro de Orense en 10 minutos caminando. El piso es muy tranquilo y aunque pequeñito no le falta de nada. Almudena es una anfitriona excepcional que se preocupa en todo momento de que todo esté bien y te da un montón de recomendaciones para hacer visitas y excursiones.

"Kleines Apartment in Zentrumsnähe"

Lage nähe der Altstadt, die gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Meistens bekommt man einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Trotz der vielen Wohnungen ist es überraschend leise. Alle nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander.

Das Apartment ist sehr klein. Für zwei Personen geht es, für vier wird es schwierig im Gang aneinander vorbeizukommen. Leider war das Eisfach kaputt, es fehlte die Tür. Für Raucher wichtig zu wissen: Rauchen - auch elektronischer Zigaretten – ist im Apartment verboten. Und Balkon gibt es keinen, nur eine Loggia. Der Lift ist so klein, dass man mit Klaustrophobie nicht damit fahren kann, also alles zwei Stockwerke hochschleppen. Den Koffer alleine raufzuschicken ist verboten.
