La proximité du pub à 20 m . Comment peut-on autoriser un établissement de ce genre dans un quartier résidentiel ?

Posizione perfetta, centrale ma non rumorosa. Appartamento grande e pulito, cucina completa di tutti gli accessori, bel terrazzino antistante per colazioni fantastiche, piscina condominiale.

La ubicación perfecta para recorrer la isla y pasar una tarde de paseo por el puerto. El apartamento esta bastante bien para las cuatro personas que fuimos muy cómodo y amplio. Tiene un supermercado a menos de 2 mints. Su piscina muy buena.

La ducha del apartamento para gente grande era muy pequeña pero el resto del apartamento genial y amplio.

The location of the property is perfect. I know the complex well and this is one of the best available for location although for most nights a bar which is very close kept us awake.

This is the third apartment in this complex we have stayed in. Some would describe it as charming but most would say it was terribly outdated. Whilst the fixtures and fittings are clean and in good order, I would say nothing has been up-dated since the building was built. The 70's theme runs throughout the property with dated furnishings, decor and fittings. The floor tiles are a 70's shade of green with yellow walls. The bathroom even has a matching shower mat which must make it 30 years old. How many feet have stood on that? It is very minimalistic but not in a Scandic way, just a save money way. Where you would expect corner lights to enable reading you have to make do with a single central light. The pine chairs and sofa are almost impossible to sit on without them sliding into a reclining position. If a visitor was to encounter a week of bad weather it would be a nightmare trying to get comfortable for any length of time. The very basic kitchen could not provide enough cutlery for any more than six people and that included just 6 steak knives, no others. The apartment has never been plumbed for a washing machine for example. Everything is just to provide the absolute basic needs while other apartments in the complex have spent good money keeping up with how holiday requirements have moved on since the 1970's. This property needs a lot of money spent on it and considering the cost per stay, it is bad value for money.

Great location, clean and comfortable, very accommodating hosts who did all they could to get us checked in early, very grateful for that. Great kids pool. Not a negative but just for anyone travelling with small kids there is a very good travel cot available, this wasn't clear when we booked and we thought there wasn't one and so had booked one separately
