This apt is perfect: perfect location in a perfectly wonderful city, perfect facilities, perfect host. It would be difficult to find anything better. Fernando is the best possible host.

There were no negatives with this fabulous apt.

The owner was friendly and responsive and provided lots of information on things to do in the city and was very helpful in identifying transportation options. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for taking in and making our way around the city. We would highly recommend this option to anyone looking at a stay in Salamanca.

The location was excellent, very close to the Market and the Plaza Mayor.

Everything was fantastic

Great location, the apartment had everything necessary. Francisco is the best host that we have ever encountered to date. He provided lots of helpful information in advance. Francisco responded very quickly to any questions or requests for advice/assistance. His dining recommendations were spot on. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

Fernando was a friendly and helpful host for a great property. He went above and beyond to be helpful. The location was perfect. Excellent base for exploring salamanca and the surrounding areas. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!!!

Nothing!!

This lovely property, a 2 minute slow walk from the beautiful Plaza Mayor, is not only ideally situated but is well equipped/maintained and is very comfortable. We both slept so well. Fernando is the perfect host. He met us upon arrival, kept in touch throughout our 8 day stay and was really helpful with regard to advice related to our interests. There is a folder of leaflets, books, maps etc within the property, which got us started. We were also grateful for the thoughtful little extras; unusual these days (i.e. umbrellas at the front door, little treats in the kitchen). Thank you Fernando, we cannot wait to return!

There was nothing to dislike. I worried about getting up and down steps, as my husband is rather unsteady on his feet, but there is a lift on the ground floor, directly after the front door. No steps to negotiate at all.

The location was perfect, near the Plaza Mayor, but without the noise. The apartment was fully equipped. Fernando, the host, was always prompt to respond by phone any questions we had. He really puts in the effort to have the apartment stocked up with anything you might need.

Breakfast was not included. We elected to eat at the Plaza. The location was perfect. The owner ,Fernando was the perfect host. He met us upon arrival and took care of our every need. He was essentially our own concierge. The residence was equipped with anything a guest could possibly need,even a welcoming bottle of wine!

Everything was fantastic. Every need was anticipated.

The property was close to the various sites of Salamanca. It was modern and clean. The updated windows kept exterior noise to a minimum. The host was kind and helpful. Lots to really enjoy about this place.
