The property was spacious and had all amenities needed for washing clothes, cooking and hygiene products. Great tv to watch Netflix or Disney plus. Sledges available. Sauna was a nice bonus. Quiet property that was warm. Staff were lovely and got to the property within 10 mins when I locked myself out. Great stay.

The “sofa bed” was the only disappointment in the whole property. It’s is not a pull out. The leg stall gets pushed into the corner to create a square shape with some foam placed on top. Although ok I think this should be clear with pictures in the booking so people can be aware what they book is not a proper sofa bed

Nothing at all

The hosts are amazing! Satu and Tuomas are the best host we’ve ever had in Finland. Satu responded so promptly to all our questions. They went above and beyond – give us information from taxi rides, public transport, santa claus village opening hours/transport, local trusted tours, local dinner spots (where the food are indeed delicious!) and even local pharmacies! The airbnb is so clean, aesthetically pleasing. There are toiletries and even breakfast materials like oatmeal or instant noodles prepared. They also have a private sauna and cute balcony.

A beautiful apartment with all necessary things for holiday and a good sauna

It is very clean

The apartment was perfect. Very clean with everything you could need. The bus stop to Santa Claus Village was right outside the apartment. The host was very kind and welcoming. They accommodated an early check in for us as soon as the apartment was ready which was much appreciated after an early flight. They also sent us many recommendations including restaurants, events happening throughout the week we visited, tours, where to go to see the northern lights, a bus timetable and instructions for how to use the sauna etc. The host was also available to contact throughout the stay if we needed anything. The sauna was an added bonus to this apartment. There were also sleds left on the balcony that could be used in the snow. I would recommend this apartment to everyone :)

Apartment is well-equipped, clean, spacious and easily accessible. The couple host (Tuomas and Satu) are friendly and helpful. They will send you details on nearby attractions and restaurants. If you need any help from them, just message them and they will reply you as soon as they can. The bus stop for Bus 8 to Santa Claus Village is just outside (a min walk). Walkable distance (10min) to nearest shopping mall as well. The kitchen has coffee/tea bags, salt/pepper, cooking oil (I suppose these are left behind by those who stayed previously) and we can feel free to use them (just check again for expiry date). The sauna room in the toilet is fantastic. As we were catching the night train, Satu was very kind to let us check out only in the evening. 👍
