"Good"

Nicely decorated place, good wifi, good contact with the landlord, kitchen fully equipped, coffee machine, close to the city center

Good place for 1-2 nights, but after 7 nights (involving remote working, so being at the Palazzo quite a lot) we were happy to leave. The stairs are very narrow - not for an unfit person and a little dangerous; the shower downstairs, and bathroom upstairs- not quite convenient; the bedroom is in a basement and it was cold - the landlord controls the temperature remotely which left us with a quite uncomfortable feeling; the drying machine (which was quite crucial for us) was broken; old and expired food in the fridge.

This is a very nice apartment close to the University. I loved welcome sparkling wine and chocolate. The contact with the host was very good via booking app. I didn't cook but the facilities in the kitchen were great - dishwasher and coffee machine! The apartment was clean. The bedroom is on the different level and the stairs are quite steep so maybe it is not be best place for someone who is not fit, especially taking into account that the bathroom is upstairs. Overall, I recommend the place as a very good price to quality value!
