This hotel should not be on Booking, because it is not reliable and its employees do not perform their duties in good faith. The hotel charged the full amount from the card and did not provide us with an apartment, explaining that the water supply in our apartment broke the day before our arrival. The money has not been returned to this day. The hotel does not have a reception, they do not answer phone calls. They only write SMS. We drove from Hungary to Finland almost 2 thousand kilometers and, thanks to the dishonest work of this establishment, we were left on the street in the evening. Shame on this hotel and its employees.

The booking conditions state that there is no fee for animals, but for some reason after departure the owner began to demand an additional payment of 20 euros

Відсутність WIFI (( постільна білизна присутня у великій кількості , але стара , та хотілось би більш випрану .

When I got the the house was a total mess most of the items was broken and the host knew about it and failed to inform me before, host also promised to issue some of my payment back but as soon as I started asking about it no reply even when I called no reply. I'm even more disappointed in booking.com for not trying to help me with the issue

The host doesnt know How to communicate. I have booked in january 1 for our february 8 trip. I have asked the host if We could Go earlier. There was no reply. I have asked again and requested after few weeks. Days before our trip I have message the host still there is no response. The day before the trip I have tried to call the host but the Number is not available/ it doesnt exist. I was waiting for the instruction on where can I get or How can I enter the property but there is no instruction. I was already panicking because We cant stay outside for a long Time becuase it was cold and I have a toddler with me. The day comes still there is no instruction. I was really stressed because I dont know if We will have accomodation or not. So because I cant compromise so I have booked hotel so mu daughter can rest. At almost Noon the host replied, they said that the apartment is not cleared yet. But We can Go if its ok with us.(maybe becuase booking,com have sent them message because I was already complaining) so I just said that I booked a hotel already and they didnt reply after that. They are the worst. So 57 euros was gone to waste.
