Unmittelbar an der Promenade . Gute Ausstattung mit guten Matratzen und leistungsfähiger Heizung durch die Klimaanlage. Wunderbare Aussicht.

Küchenartikel wie Besteck, Töpfe und Geschirr sowie die dunstabzugshaube teilweise stark verschmutzt. In dieser Preisklasse darf man Sauberkeit erwarten. Fehlfunktion der Alarmanlage. Sie löste ohne erkennbaren Grund aus - ein halber Tag ging dafür drauf. Zugang zum Laubengang und damit zum Apartment war durch eine verschlossene Tür mit defektem Schloss versperrt. Wieder stundenlanges warten. Anerkennend muss man feststellen, dass die Verwalterin Edyta sich dieser Probleme jeweils unmittelbar angenommen hat. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Fenstern zum Patio. Von dort Lärmentwicklung wegen Hundehaltung im Haus - und nicht nur ein Hund. Im Nachbarapartment wurde gern ausgiebig gefeiert. Ausgelöste Alarmanlagen waren mehrfach in der Anlage zu hören.

Asunto oli compacti, pienehkö, sopi hyvin äidille ja kahdelle teinipojalle. Huippusiisti, moderni, sijainti rannan tuntumassa.

Paikalle tullessamme en osannut käyttää alaoven avainboxia, käyttöohjeita en löytänyt, joten piti soittaa Elenalle, joka tuli apuun puolessa tunnissa. Parveke oli pieni, ei sopinut oleskeluun.
