La localización, y el apartamento muy completo.

El ventilador de un cuarto hacía ruido. La hora de salida podría ser al mediodía en vez de las 10 am .

Schöne Anlage. Ruhig. Toller Pool. Perfekte Ausgangslage. Nähe zum direkten Strand. Parkplätze ausreichend in der direkten Umgebung vorhanden. Kleiner Supermarkt nahe. Super Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Matratze (Federkern) - gehört meiner Meinung nach ausgetauscht.

Todo muy bien, lo que mas nos ha gustado es la limpieza, somos un poco exigentes en este tema, y la verdad que ha sido un 10. El apartamento es muy practico, tiene todo lo que se necesita para las vacaciones. Hay 2 piscinas, una pequeña que mis gemelos de 4 años han disfrutado mucho, y otra grande. Las 2 estan muy limpias, se nota el mantenimiento.

Si tengo que mencionar algo, diría que por la noche se escucha algo de ruido entre los apartamentos. No es un ruido exagerado, pero al haber tanta tranquilidad, cualquier sonido se percibe más

Il residence accogliente, incantevole, ben curato e in un'ottima posizione. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi.

La piscina necessiterebbe di maggiori regole e controlli. Bambini piccoli che giravano nudi e facevano il bagno senza pannolino (in un'occasione sfiorata la tragedia, il bambino ha defecato ad un metro dalla piscina). Tranne pochissime eccezioni, nessuno faceva la doccia prima di entrare in acqua. Una famiglia entrava in piscina appositamente per pettinarsi, con il risultato di trovare mucchi di capelli galleggianti, e utilizzava la piscinetta piccola per sciacquare i piedi dalla sabbia. Prezzo corretto per ciò che riguarda la struttura, forse un po' troppo alto rispetto alle dimensioni dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è sprovvisto di aria condizionata. Aggiungerei quindi un ventilatore nel soggiorno, viste le temperature elevate

"Tolles Ambiente für einen Familienurlaub."

Schöne Einrichtung mit allem was man so braucht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt hervorragend. Bei allen Fragen kam prompt die Antwort per WhatsApp.
