Alicante Top Sea View 29th Apts Downtown&Beach

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable Shower also good, and bathroom of good size. The balcony had fantastic view. And was of good size. The room and bathroom were clean.

The description was misleading on size the bedroom/living area very small. Bed is against the wall so can only get in one side, only 1 bedside table. The kitchenette is also very small, situated in the hall between the bathroom and bedroom. Ok for making hot drinks but not for preparation of food. Microwave is on the balcony and is rusted on inside so not able to use. Bathroom mirror very loose on the wall.

Het appartement is verouderd. De foto’s geven een verkeerd beeld. Het is geen appartement maar een studio. Er is enorm veel lawaai door de ventilatoren van de supermarkt aan de overkant en ‘s nachts heb je het geluid van de lift (rechtover appartement) en van de dancing aan de haven. Er lag enkel een gebruikte keukenspons, er was geen nieuwe voorzien. Slechts 2 cupjes beschikbaar voor koffieapparaat. We dachten dat we rustig zouden zitten op de 28ste verdieping, maar het tegendeel was waar.

Het is geen appartement, het is een studio! Dus woonkamer en slaapkamer in één. De keuken is echt minimalistisch en het 2e deel van de keuken bevind zich op het balkon buiten en heeft ook gebreken zoals de kraan die los zit. De badkamer was ruim en heeft een bad maar verf komt los van plafond, kitranden aan vervanging toe en het kapje van het stopcontact viel eraf bij gebruik. Wij hadden ook ontzettend geluidsoverlast van de boven buren en dit kon de host niet oplossen, wel geprobeerd niet gelukt. Je zit ook echt midden in de stad en dit was niet duidelijk genoeg beschreven. Er zijn geen faciliteiten zoals restaurant aanwezig in het complex alles is wel op loopafstand.

Die Aussicht aus der 28. Etage mit Blick auf den Hafen war grandios.

Rollläden ließen sich nicht schließen. Durchgehende Matratze für 2 Personen nicht geeignet.

The location is perfect for us. It’s just on the west side of the old town section, yet an easy walk to everywhere. It’s super clean and the view is AMAZING!!! Our host was super helpful with explaining what was close to us and was very kind 😊and responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Central location made it easy to get anywhere by foot. Apartment manager, Ade, is most wonderful. She provided a lot of good, useful information.

On several nights, the all night dance club Marmarela by the marina had outside music pounding until 7am. All noise in city travels upward disrupting sleep. Sofa had stains, eww. Covered up with blankets. Nights were chilly. Not enough blankets, only a thin throw. 2 small mirrors placed high up on wall in bathroom (not the 1 large one over sink) creeped me out. Tried to determine if they were hidden cameras. Awkward to get to because they were so high up on wall.

The view was amazing, the location was very good 👍.
