Siisti asunto hyvällä sijannilla ja rauhallinen naapurusto. Majoittajat hyvin tavoitettavissa.

Asunto sietämättömän kuuma. Vuokrailmoituksessa mainittu ilmastointi olikin todellisuudessa siirreltävä pömpeli, jota oli pakko pitää täysillä yötä päivää, jotta lämpö pysyi siedettävällä tasolla koko yön. Laite piti niin kovaa meteliä, että edes korvatulppien kanssa ei vuodesohvalla pystynyt nukkumaan. Ulosvedettävälle putkelle ei ollut peitelevyä jonka vuoksi liikenteen äänet kuuluivat myös selkeästi.
