Idyllic central wooden house apartment

The appartment has a very good location and you can park in the yard. There's a laundry machine which is great when you want to travel with less clothes in your baggage.

One neighbour seemed a bit sound sensitive. Quiet time is between 23:00 and 06:00, yet, there was twice very agressive banging on the wall (so much that the wall mirror bounced) when we were playing music at a, for us reasonable volume and a reasonable time. Once 17:00 on a Thursday and the other time 16:00 on a Saturday. The bangings came pretty emidietly, withing 5 min, so it can't be put onto account that we kept playing for hours on end. I hate to have bothered anyone with what I consider to be normal noise, on occasion, in a reasonable time during the afternoon. So, that kind of put a dampener on the stay and we felt like we had to tiptoe around a bit. Funny thing is, I've been booking the same appartment, twice a year, for a couple of years now and this has not been a problem during previous visits, so I don't know what was going on this time. I guess, if you have no problem being quiet as a mouse even during the day, you'll be ok. But for me, who's a mucisian and have to try out my gear befor a gig, it really complicates things. This might make it so I don't book there again because I don't want to make the people living there uncomfortable. But other than this one experience, the place is fantastic!
