Eché de menos algún producto de limpieza, no había para fregar los cacharros ni fregona. Me hubiera gustado que la persona que nos atendió hablara algo de español

Buenas vistas a la piscina, puedes desayunar, comer y cenar en la terraza con vistas a la piscina. Buena orientación para el verano tan caluroso en Murcia, ya que no da el sol en la terraza directamente en todo el día y te permite salir a la terraza cuando quieras sin pasar excesivo calor.

Nada, fue todo muy bien, por poner un pero diría los mosquitos, hecho de menos unas mosquiteras …

Noisey boiler that broke down 7 times, The owner would not fix it. Broken down old toilet twice, which plumber said needed immediate replacement. Filthy porch at start. No blind in kitchen from 1st day. He advertises sound proof apartment. Utter lies. Easily the worst place we have ever stayed at. Unprofessional management team. Why does this owner charge Euros 250.00 for such a crap property. He should wear a mask at all times. Also, sofa and beds were very uncomfortable. No hot water hardly that was the biggest no. We are good customers of Booking.com. This property should not be on Booking in its present state. We feel we have been shortchanged.

Ongoing building work on flat above started 8am multiple mornings that woke the baby up

Comfortable apartment with everything you need on a family vacation. They even had some toys for the kids and playgrounds around. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We could stay with our two small dogs, and that is a plus.

It is important to be aware that at your arrival you must pay a 250€ deposit, in cash. I didn't realize it until my reservation was already made. The good thing is that they give you a receipt and the cleaning lady is very nice and willing to help. We got fully reimbursed at the end of our stay. The location isn't great if you're plan doesn't include golfing but visiting Murcia or Cartagena. It's in a big golf complex and there's nothing around.

Excellent accommodation, very clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great and we even had a swim in the pool. Highly recommended.
