the property owner was quick to answer my call and solve my issues. the late afternoon sun coming through the window was lovely.

The apartment was too cold, and we could not make it warmer. Keep in mind, I like warm temperatures so would be fine for most people.

I didn't realise when booking that it's not a hotel it is an apartment in a complex. Receiving the keys was easy with good instructions on how to access them. Washing machine which was handy, also had a lift which made it helpful with all of our luggage.

Pillows very average, bathroom was tiny and no matter how hard we tried the apartment always felt cold. Also noisy from the street.

The only thing I liked about this property was that it was centrally located.

My recent stay at the Arctic Night City Suite in Rovaniemi fell short of expectations, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with several aspects of the accommodation. Cons: Inadequate Heating: The room's heating system was far from optimal, and despite adjusting the thermostat, we struggled to achieve a comfortable temperature. This impacted our overall experience, especially during the chilly nights in Rovaniemi. Persistent Jammed Gates: The main entrance and room gates were perpetually jammed, requiring multiple attempts to open. This inconvenience led to frustration, and on the first day, we had to contact the owner, who acknowledged the issue but failed to provide a timely solution. Lack of Washing Detergents: Surprisingly, there were no detergents provided for the washing machine. This forced us to spend additional money on washing pods, an unexpected expense that added to the overall dissatisfaction. Missing Cooking Essentials: Basic cooking condiments and essentials were noticeably absent in the kitchen. This lack of basic amenities made preparing meals a challenge, further diminishing the convenience of our stay. Uncomfortable Bed and Inadequate Blanket: The bed was not as comfortable as expected, and the blanket provided was disproportionately short for two people. This discomfort, coupled with the premium charges we paid for the flat, significantly impacted our satisfaction with the accommodation.

It’s spotless clean and location is very near to city center about 5-10mins walk. Distance to bus stop to get to Santa Claus Village is only 3mins walk. Everything was great here.

Good location, 2mins to shopping, Santa/airport bus bus just opposite the street.
